West Island College Green Warriors

West Island College's Green Warriors is an environmental club consisting of high schoolstudents trying to raise awareness and effect environmental change both within the school and the community. Activities range from the implementation of composting programs and no-idling zones to tree planting and shoreline cleaning to Earth Day events. Created and run by students, like Leehi Yona, the Green Warriors have proven that you can indeed positively impact our environment regardless of age.
